Aplus FLV Video Converter is an FLV video converter. It allows you to convert a variety of video formats into FLV files that you can then easily upload to YouTube or other video sharing web sites. Some of the supported input formats are: AVI, DIVX, DIV, XVID, MPEG, MPG, WMV, ASF, RM, DAT, MOV, SWF, FLV, VOB, and NSV.
Graphically, the application is divided into two halves: input and output. Input is at the left part of the screen, and it consists of a video player that can be used to play the source files, and a queue of files at the bottom of the screen. The right part, output, contains all the conversion settings. Here you can change all the settings by choosing a video profile from a drop-down list, or change individual settings below that.
The only supported output format is FLV, but you can change the video resolution, bitrate, audio type, sample rate, and volume.
If you don't change the output folder that comes set by default, you will get an error window.
In my testing, I used a DivX AVI file and converted it to the standard 320x240 QVGA video profile. The audio and video quality of the file was almost identical to that of the original file and I didn't find any problems.
